1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kis918 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://kis918.win ("Site").

3. Account Registration and KYC

3.1 Registration

3.2 Single Account Policy

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

kis918 is required to verify the identity of players prior to processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the stipulated period may have withdrawal requests suspended until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Payments

kis918 accepts deposits via the following MYR-denominated payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online transfer, CIMB online transfer, Public Bank online transfer, and cryptocurrency (USDT). Additional payment methods may be available at the Platform's discretion.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are published on the Cashier page within your account.
• kis918 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose fees independently.
• Deposits made in error are subject to review; contact support immediately if a deposit transaction requires investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following terms:

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts in the same name as the registered kis918 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Standard e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• Withdrawals may be held pending KYC completion, bonus wagering requirement fulfilment, or security review. kis918 will notify you by account message if any withdrawal is placed under review.
• kis918 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures before processing withdrawal requests of significant value, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations under international gaming licensing requirements.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

kis918 offers bonuses and promotional credits subject to individual promotion terms published on the relevant promotion page. General bonus terms include:

• All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are kept separately in your account wallet until wagering requirements on bonus funds are completed.
• Bonuses are awarded on a per-account, per-individual basis. 7. Gameplay and Betting Rules

• Bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled by the Player after confirmation.

• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.

• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Privacy and Data Processing

12. Limitation of Liability

13. Account Suspension and Termination

kis918 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A player is found to have violated any provision of this Agreement.
• A player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of this Agreement.
• Suspicious activity, potential money laundering, or fraud is identified in connection with the account.
• A player's self-exclusion request is received and processed.
• A player has been inactive for an extended period as defined by our dormant account policy.

Upon account suspension, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds under active wagering requirements) will be returned to the player following completion of KYC verification and applicable security checks, provided no outstanding violations are confirmed.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account action, players must contact kis918 customer support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.

kis918 will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. All decisions made by kis918 following internal dispute review are final unless a material error is subsequently identified.

Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved fairly may submit a complaint to the licensing authority under which kis918 operates, in accordance with that authority's complaints procedure.

15. Amendments to These Terms

kis918 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via account notification or the email address registered to their account. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kis918 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising under this Agreement that cannot be resolved through kis918's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Malaysian users acknowledge that no Malaysian government licence exists for online gambling operators, and that this platform operates under international gaming authority licensing. Users are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling activity in their personal jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws.
